How to purchase and redeem
Gift vouchers can be purchased directly through our booking page or by contacting us by phone or email. Once payment is confirmed, we'll send a beautifully presented voucher as a PDF that you can print at home or forward digitally. The whole process takes just a few minutes.
To redeem a voucher, the recipient simply contacts us to book their preferred date. We hold vouchers for twelve months from the date of purchase, and they can be used in full or as part payment toward a higher-value package. If the experience they choose costs less than the voucher value, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for a future visit.
A few things worth knowing
- Vouchers are non-refundable but are fully transferable, so they can be gifted on again if plans change.
- Bookings are subject to availability, so we recommend getting in touch at least two to three weeks ahead, especially during school holidays and long weekends.
- All riders must meet our standard weight and health guidelines, which we're happy to talk through when a booking is made.
